Ave Caprice would like to specify that all its products are handmade and that small imperfections are either a sign of the workmanship of the glass or inherent in natural stones and cannot be considered defects.
Ave Caprice retains the discretion to change the content of the website (e.g. remove products) at any time and without notice, and that changes will take effect from the day they are published.
Purchased items may be returned for exchange or refund, provided they are returned within 14 days.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal if he or she complies with these conditions:
- The products must not have been used, modified or customised.
- Products must be accompanied by the enclosed warranty.
- Product boxes must be intact, without signs of wear or scratches.

Remember to pack the product carefully so that it does not arrive damaged.
You can decide whether to exchange the product or receive a refund. In the event of a refund, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the product purchased, using the payment method you chose when placing your order, minus the shipping costs.
Credit normally takes up to 10 business days.
